The team at Gladstone Drafting will work with you from the very beginning to meet your needs. We do this through site visits, 3D laser scans, meetings and conceptual plans to get to a floor plan and design that is your dream home. Once we have created your dream design these plans can be used to gain building estimates from your selected builders. When a choice has been made on your preferred builder we then proceed to ‘Building Plans’; these are plans that are used by the Builder to construct your home.
